Principals
Pete Ferrarini is the president of Julius Construction, Inc. and manages development and client relations.
He has been involved in construction for 38 years and is well-known and highly respected in the industry. Pete lives in Central California with his wife and two children.
Prior to his transition to civilian life, Pete served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps and was part of the prestigious President’s guard unit.
Pete is now an active member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, working to bring camaraderie and respect to our United States Veterans.
