Training and Safety
Julius Construction, Inc. reinvests in its employees by providing comprehensive training in all areas of supervision, project management, scheduling, field reporting, and client reporting.
Our field employees are certified through a 30-hour OSHA construction training course, which provides a comprehensive overview of job-site safety standards. This training is specifically structured around hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention. All employees are also trained in first aid applications.
We provide all employees with a comprehensive safety manual, which is updated regularly.
We require all subcontractors to adhere to the terms of this manual, as well as all applicable jurisdictional laws and regulations and all client requirements.
